About MMBF
The Massachusetts Mortgage Bankers Foundation, Inc. (The Foundation) was established in 2004 as the philanthropic partner of the Massachusetts Mortgage Bankers Association. The Foundation was organized for the purpose of providing grants that would be utilized towards the development of education and promotion of affordable housing within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Its goal is to aid and assist in creating opportunity for low to moderate income borrowers to realize the dream of homeownership and to assist residents of the Commonwealth with stable and sustainable housing options.
MMBF is a non-profit charitable organization: 501(c)(3) 20-1367183.
Since it’s inception, the MMB Foundation has awarded 104 grants to 37 non-profit organizations for grants totaling over $282,000!
